Peaceful Environment
The purpose of palliative care is to create a supportive and peaceful environment for the person receiving care, as well as for friends and family who wish to visit. The service eases anxiety and pain by ensuring that the person’s physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Our carers are trained in all aspects of palliative care and will work closely with the person’s GP and other health care professionals to ensure that their care is coordinated and effective.
